This study aims to explore how portfolio assessment is implemented in supporting children’s literacy development and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors at Kindergarten. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and school stakeholders, and analysis of children’s portfolio documents. The findings reveal that portfolio assessment has been implemented regularly and integrated into daily learning activities. Teachers also utilize portfolio data as a basis for reflection and planning literacy instruction. The main supporting factors include teachers’ commitment, strong school management support, and active parental involvement. Meanwhile, the primary challenges involve limited teacher time, high administrative workload, and the lack of an optimal digital documentation system. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with observation, questionnaire and documentation data collection techniques. Data analysis used a quasi-experiment with a ¬pretest-posttest design. The research instrument was a speaking skills test given before and after treatment. The results of the research showed that there was a difference between the control class with a score of 76 and the experimental class with a score of 82. The average score of the post-test results increased after being given treatment, with the average score for the control class being 68.5% in the poor category, while the average score for the experimental class was 78% in the quite good category. This is shown by the results of the t-test with a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The group was treated with the Time Token Model using the One Group pretest posttest Design method. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation, and documentation, with research subjects of 35 students and their guardians. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and the product moment. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the rainbow rain experiment method has a significant effect on improving children's science skills. Based on the correlation test results, an rxy value of 0.90 was obtained, indicating a very strong relationship between the rainbow rain experiment method and children's science abilities. Furthermore, the results of the hypothesis test showed a calculated T<sub>value</sub> of 11.84 &gt; T<sub>table</sub> of 1.69236, so H<sub>a</sub> is accepted and H<sub>o</sub> is rejected. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research subjects consisted of the principal, vice principal of curriculum affairs, homeroom teachers, assistant teachers, subject teachers, and students with special needs in grade XI. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was tested using source, technique, and time triangulation.
