IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN INKLUSIF DALAM KURIKULUM MERDEKA UNTUK ANAK BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS DI SMA SLB NEGERI LUBUKLINGGAU
Abstrak
This study aims to determine the implementation of inclusive education learning process management in the Merdeka Curriculum for children with special needs at the senior high school level of SLB Negeri Lubuklinggau. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research subjects consisted of the principal, vice principal of curriculum affairs, homeroom teachers, assistant teachers, subject teachers, and students with special needs in grade XI. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was tested using source, technique, and time triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of inclusive education learning process management at SMA SLB Negeri Lubuklinggau has been running quite well.
